At Collister Administrative, we believe in clear and transparent pricing. Our services are flexible and cost-effective, allowing you to pay only for the support you need, when you need it.
Pay-As-You-Go Hourly Support
Our standard rate is:
£40 per hour + VAT
Minimum charge: 1 hour
Further time is charged in 30-minute increments
Time spent on client work is recorded accurately, and a breakdown can be provided on request.
Invoices are issued after work has been completed, with payment required by BACS within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Retainer Packages
Our retainer packages are ideal for clients who require ongoing support and prefer the certainty of a set number of hours each month. Retainers offer priority scheduling and represent a cost-effective option compared with ad-hoc hourly support.
Retainer hours are purchased in advance and must be used within the calendar month. Unused hours are not carried forward unless agreed in advance. Usage updates can be provided on request.

Bespoke retainer arrangements are available for clients requiring a higher or more flexible level of support.
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Any additional time required beyond the retainer allocation will be charged at the standard hourly rate + VAT.
Project and One-Off Work
We can also provide pricing for:
one-off administration projects
backlog or catch-up work
short-term support assignments
document preparation tasks
Where appropriate, a fixed project price may be agreed following an assessment of the scope and level of work involved.
Printing, Scanning and Mailing Services
Printing, scanning, mail handling and mailing services are priced separately depending on:
document volume
materials and handling requirements
postage or courier costs
collection or delivery arrangements
Quotes are provided in advance to ensure clarity and transparency.
Registered Charity Discount
We are proud to support the community and the voluntary sector.
Registered charities receive a discounted rate on services (subject to eligibility and proof of charitable status).

Business Hours and Out-of-Hours Requests
Our standard business hours are:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Out-of-hours or urgent requests may be accepted subject to availability and may incur an additional premium fee depending on urgency and workload.
If your request is urgent, please contact us as early as possible to confirm availability.
